Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated at reavr.io and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by ReavR LLP ("ReavR", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Services, booking a call, exchanging SMS with us, or engaging our team to build or operate systems for your business, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

ReavR provides:

• Design, build-out, and management of Voice AI agents (inbound and outbound).
• GoHighLevel sub-account configuration, pipelines, workflows, SMS/email automations, calendars, and reputation tools.
• Paid-ads creative, targeting, and management across Meta, Google, and related platforms.
• Strategy, audit, and consulting services related to the above.

Scope of work, deliverables, fees, and timelines for a specific engagement are defined in a separately signed Statement of Work or order form.

If you opt in to receive SMS or MMS messages from ReavR or from systems ReavR operates on behalf of our clients:

• You confirm that the mobile number you provided belongs to you and that you have authority to opt that number in.
• You consent to receive automated, recurring messages at that number for the purposes disclosed at the point of opt-in (appointment confirmations, lead follow-up, customer-service responses, and — where separately opted in — marketing).
• Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
• You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. For help reply HELP or contact suyash@reavr.io.
• ReavR does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing use. See our Privacy Policy.

Fees for Services are outlined in your engagement agreement or order form. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 7 days of issuance. Late payments may result in suspension of Services and may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law. Refund terms, if any, are defined in your engagement agreement.

• Provide accurate business information and any credentials required to configure the Services (CRM, ad-platform, domain, SMS carrier).
• Own and maintain proper consent for any contact lists or mobile numbers you supply to ReavR for outreach or automation.
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and any carrier A2P 10DLC requirements when operating SMS campaigns.
• Review and approve any AI-generated scripts, messages, or creative before they are used in production.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Send unsolicited or deceptive messages.
• Market regulated or prohibited products (e.g., SHAFT categories — sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco — unless properly qualified by carriers).
• Violate third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
• Introduce malware, attempt to compromise systems, or interfere with other users.

All content on the Services — including the ReavR name and marks, the website, and any materials we create in the course of an engagement — is owned by ReavR or its licensors. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables produced for you in the ordinary operation of your business, unless your engagement agreement says otherwise. We retain the right to re-use general know-how and anonymized best practices.

Voice AI agents built by ReavR are tools designed to handle routine conversations on behalf of our clients. They are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or emergency services. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving prompts, scripts, and escalation logic before launch.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReavR disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event will ReavR's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services exceed the fees paid by you to ReavR in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ReavR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with its written engagement agreement. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay invoices when due, or use the Services in a way that exposes us or our carriers to legal or reputational risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts located in the jurisdiction of ReavR LLP's registered office.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
