This Privacy Policy describes how ReavR LLP ("ReavR", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you visit our website, engage with our services, or communicate with us by email, phone, or SMS. It also covers how our Voice AI agents, GoHighLevel automations, and paid-ads services handle your data on behalf of clients who hire us.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Contact details — name, email, phone number, business name, job title — when you fill out a form on our site, book a call, or sign up for a service.
• Messages — the content of emails, SMS/MMS, and chat conversations you send us, plus any voice transcripts produced when you speak with a ReavR-operated Voice AI agent.
• Usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps, collected via standard server logs and, where applicable, cookies and analytics tools.
• Client-provided data — lead lists, CRM records, and contact preferences given to us by the businesses that hire ReavR to run Voice AI, GoHighLevel, or ads workflows on their behalf.

• To respond to inquiries, book calls, and provide the services you request.
• To operate, maintain, and improve our website and the Voice AI / CRM / ads systems we build for clients.
• To send you transactional communications (appointment confirmations, call summaries, service updates) and, where you have opted in, occasional business updates from ReavR.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

This section explains our SMS program and the rights you have as a subscriber. By opting in, you agree to the following:

• Consent. We only send SMS or MMS messages to numbers that have given us explicit, prior express consent — for example by checking a consent box on a form, replying "YES" to a confirmation text, or booking an appointment through a ReavR-operated channel.
• Message types. You may receive appointment reminders, booking confirmations, lead-follow-up messages from our Voice AI agents, customer-service replies, and — if you opt in separately — occasional marketing messages from ReavR or from the client business whose agent you engaged.
• Message frequency. Frequency varies by use case. Most subscribers receive fewer than 10 messages per month. Marketing subscribers may receive up to 6 messages per month.
• Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You can also email suyash@reavr.io to be removed.
• Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or email the address above.
• Carrier disclaimer. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No sharing of SMS consent. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, SMS opt-in status, or SMS conversation content with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is held confidentially and used only to deliver the service you signed up for.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

• With service providers that help us operate the business — hosting (Cloudways), CRM (GoHighLevel), SMS carriers (Twilio / LeadConnector), voice infrastructure (Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs), analytics, and payment processors — each of which is contractually required to protect your data.
• With our clients — if a Voice AI agent or GHL pipeline we operate on behalf of another business captures your inquiry, that business is the data controller and will receive your information to follow up.
• When required by law — to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ReavR, our clients, or the public.

We use essential cookies to operate the site and, where permitted, analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with our pages so we can improve the experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not function as intended if you do.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the services you requested, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Our services are not directed to anyone under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

ReavR LLP operates globally. If you are located outside of the country where our servers or service providers are hosted, your information may be transferred across borders. We take reasonable steps to ensure any such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
